- Use the 210mm setup for the shortest build. It is the documented regular-package combination and matches the Short compensator.
- Use the 310mm setup only as a complete pair. When the longer spring and barrel are present, the standard compensator supplies the matching front profile — though with a BCAR fitted it will not sit flush on the 310mm barrel; the BCAR protrudes.
- Choose PCAR or BCAR before the compensator. A simple PCAR is the easy option; the BCAR adds bearings and is the part the compensator cavity was designed around.
- Use the universal interfaces for the rest. The Picatinny grip, M4 buffer tube and Talon magwell already accept the listed store parts without a body conversion.
