Are 3D-Printed Mini 4WD Parts Legal? What the Rules Say
No Tamiya or BMAX rule names 3D printing, but a closed Tamiya-parts-only list excludes it anyway. What R1, R2 and BMAX v5 actually allow you to modify at home.

The Orange edition of Monkee Mods' 3D printed Firefly buttstock swaps the usual black or white finish for a bright orange shell, useful if you're keeping your build visually close to a stock-orange blaster or just want the stock to stand out. Functionally it's the same upgrade: a contoured, shoulder-conforming shape that replaces the factory buttstock on the MM Firefly with a sturdier, more ergonomic mount.
You get a choice of two lengths at checkout — 13.5cm Short or 17.0cm Long — both engineered to bolt onto the same Firefly blaster, so length is purely a comfort and build-size decision rather than a compatibility one. Combine it with other Firefly hardware parts for a full internals-plus-furniture refresh.
