Yes — we ship worldwide from Malaysia. West Malaysia orders arrive in 1–2 working days and East Malaysia in 2–3, both via Pos Laju or J&T Express. International lead times vary by destination and the service you pick at checkout — see our Delivery Information page for estimates by region.

Every product page shows live stock status next to the price — "In stock", or the specific status when it isn't. Out-of-stock items show a disabled "Out of stock" button instead of "Add to cart", so the page always reflects current availability.

You can return a product for a refund or exchange within 5 days of it being shipped, provided it's undamaged and in its original packaging. Refunds are guaranteed for manufacturer defects and courier-caused damage; return shipping is borne by the buyer. Gel blasters fire small water-absorbent gel beads using spring, gas, or electric (gearbox) propulsion — mechanically similar to airsoft, but firing biodegradable gel rather than plastic BBs. The beads burst harmlessly on impact, which is why gel blasters are popular for low-impact recreational play.

"Custom" usually means a blaster rebuilt or painted to a unique look, while "modded" means internal performance upgrades — a rewired motor, upgraded spring, or a better barrel or flywheels — to improve range, rate of fire, or consistency. We sell both the internal mod parts and blasters that already come modded.
