Browse available alternativesA set of eight white bushings sized for the limited and special-edition Mini 4WD aluminum wheels that use a deep-rim, heavy-wheel design built around low-profile tires. They seat inside the wheel hub to take up the gap between wheel and shaft, keeping the wheel running true. These are specific to that aluminum wheel line and are not intended for standard plastic wheels.
Standard Tamiya wheels mould their bushing straight into the plastic hub, so the hub bore and shaft never need a separate part; the deep-rim aluminum wheels use a different hub geometry that instead calls for this loose-fitting bushing to be seated in by hand. Eight pieces covers one complete four-wheel set with four left over as spares, which matters because a bushing is small enough to go missing during a wheel swap at trackside. The white colour also makes them easy to spot and sort out of a mixed parts case when working through several cars' wheel sets in one session.
