Browse available alternativesTwenty small flat washers sized for 2mm screws. They act as spacers or load-spreading discs under screw heads and nuts at guide rollers, stays, and other mounting points across a Mini 4WD chassis, helping distribute clamping force evenly and protect the plastic body from cracking under a tightened screw.
Where the 2mm Spring Washer relies on a curved profile to resist a screw working loose, this flat washer's job is purely to spread clamping force so a tightened screw doesn't dig into or crack the plastic around a mounting hole — the two are often fitted together, spring washer first, for both effects on the same screw. The word 'Small' in the name distinguishes it from Tamiya's wider-diameter washers used elsewhere in the range for larger fasteners; fitting the wrong diameter either leaves the screw head unsupported over the hole or covers more surrounding plastic than intended. As with most small Mini 4WD hardware, a pack of twenty is enough to cover a full chassis rebuild with several spares left over.
