Description

A general-purpose tape for the pit table, useful for securing a battery, body or other loose part in place before a run. It is made from a semi-transparent material that is easy to cut to length and lifts cleanly, leaving little trace of adhesive behind when removed. It measures 10mm wide by 15m long, is printed with the "Tamiya Mini 4WD" wordmark, and is cleared for use in official Mini 4WD races. Tamiya lists it as compatible across its full current and legacy chassis range, since as a pit consumable rather than a chassis part it applies to any machine on the table rather than one specific platform. Released in June 2013 as Grade-Up Part No.463, the blue colourway is one of several Tamiya has issued in this multipurpose tape line, letting racers colour-code tape by lane, driver, or session at a multi-car event.
