A set of durable aluminum spacers in five sizes — 12mm, 6.7mm, 6mm, 3mm and 1.5mm — for general use around a Mini 4WD chassis: setting roller stand-off, adjusting rear stay position, fine-tuning brake height, or shimming any other part where a precise gap is needed. The five sizes cover coarse adjustments with the 12mm and 6.7mm pieces down to fine shimming with the 1.5mm piece, which is thin enough to fine-tune a brake sponge's ride height. Tamiya lists the set as compatible with essentially every Mini 4WD chassis it has produced, from the original Type 3, Type 4, Type 5 and Zero Chassis through FM, FM-A, Super-1, Super-II, Super FM, Super TZ, Super X, Super XX, Super TZ-X, VS, MS, AR, MA, VZ and ME Chassis, since spacers are a generic fastening component rather than a chassis-specific part. Being metal rather than resin, they hold their thickness under repeated tightening instead of compressing over time.
