Cylindrical stabilizers that mount above the front rollers, where they contact the lane wall to help keep the car stable and travelling in a straight line, particularly useful on bumpy or wall-contact-heavy sections. Beyond the functional role, the raised tube shape also gives the front of the car a distinct visual upgrade. The parts are molded in black ABS plastic, with mounting screws and spacers included.

Tamiya's own notes for this part describe its job simply as reducing car "lean": mounted above the front rollers, the tube contacts the lane wall slightly before the main rollers would, taking some sideways load off the car's cornering hardware and keeping the chassis level through a fast corner. Being a hi-mount part rather than a roller substitute, it works alongside the existing front rollers, so it's typically added on top of whatever roller setup a car already runs.
