Description
This Basic Tune-Up Set bundles the parts Tamiya treats as the starting point for modifying a stock Mini 4WD kit, aimed at newer hobbyists rather than tuners chasing a specific race setup. In one package it covers front and rear roller mounting hardware, the rollers themselves, basic vibration damping, and stabilizer hardware, rather than requiring each part to be bought separately. Tamiya lists it as compatible with Super-II, Super X, Super XX, Super TZ-X, VS, and MS chassis machines, though it notes that some chassis and bodies may need minor modification to clear the added stays and rollers. Released in September 2011 alongside the 3.7:1 counter gear set as Grade-Up Part No.435, it's commonly bought as a single first purchase after the kit itself, covering roller, damper, and stabilizer upgrades that would otherwise mean sourcing four or five separate parts.
