Description
A front-mounted reinforcing plate cut from rigid, lightweight 1.5mm FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic), designed primarily for the VZ chassis. Its hole layout accepts 9mm, 11mm, 13mm, 17mm and 19mm rollers, giving builders flexibility to widen roller stance within official Mini 4WD dimension regulations. It can be fitted whether the front bumper is left on the car or removed.

The VZ chassis it's primarily cut for underpins kits such as item 18094, Neo-VQS, and Tamiya shows the plate fitted both with the front bumper left on, adding a further layer of impact protection ahead of the rollers, and with the bumper removed for a lighter, more minimal front end. Offering five roller sizes on one plate, rather than the two or three holes typical of a stock front section, lets racers try a wider or narrower roller stance without switching plates.
