The Cat Racer pairs an open-top buggy-style body with a pre-assembled and pre-painted cat driver figure. The included stickers cover the model's logos and motifs as well as cat-fur-inspired patterns across the body. It runs on the Super-II chassis, molded here in blue ABS with white A parts, and finished with yellow V-spoke wheels paired with light blue, large-diameter arched tires; the kit includes a 5:1 gear set and motor.

Hyper-Dash 3 (15477) is Tamiya's usual Mini 4WD race motor: 17,200-21,200 RPM, 1.4-1.9 mN·m, 1.6-3.0 A. Gear pairing, the PRO twin, and J-CUP 2026.
Ultra-Dash (15307) publishes 24,000-27,500 RPM and 4-5 A. Why official Tamiya races exclude it, what it does to AA cells, and when a club may still allow it.
