Description
The Grasshopper Jr. brings Tamiya's original 1984 R/C buggy, the Grasshopper, into the Mini 4WD line. The single-seater, buggy-style silhouette with foglamps translates the full-size R/C car's proportions down to Mini 4WD scale, and a driver figure sits in the open cockpit. Logo and number stickers are included for finishing the body.
The model is built on the compact VZ chassis, reinforced at the bumper and rear stay base for durability, with low-friction 620 bearings moulded in POM and an ABS chassis and A-parts. It runs a 3.5:1 gear ratio and comes fitted with black large-diameter slick tires.
