Meet the Monkee Mods Beyblade X Builder

The Monkee Mods Beyblade X Builder is now live. Open the Beyblade X Builder, choose the parts for your combo and watch the published ratings update as you make changes. You can name the build, save it in your browser, copy a shareable link or export a part-board PNG.

The official Takara Tomy guide describes a Beyblade X name as a combination of its Blade, Ratchet and Bit names, and says that swapping those parts changes performance. It also states that the Bit determines the top's type. The official English Beyblade X parent guide likewise describes three manually assembled, mix-and-match parts and the Attack, Stamina, Defense and Balance types. The builder follows that structure, while also supporting newer CX constructions and reviewed integrated-part arrangements.

How to access the Beyblade X Builder

1. Go directly to monkeemods.com/beyblade/builder.
2. From the Beyblade shop, select Bey Builder in the desktop menu, mobile menu or footer.
3. You can also use the Open Bey Builder link on the Beyblade homepage.

The builder works on phones, tablets and desktop screens. No account or purchase is required.

Build a combo one part at a time

Start from the example build or load one of the included presets. Select any active slot on the part board to search the catalogue, filter by product line or show only parts with reviewed ratings. Standard BX and UX-style combinations use a Blade, Ratchet and Bit. CX builds expose their constituent Main Blade, Lock Chip and Assist Blade, while expanded CX arrangements can also include Metal and Over Blade components.

The builder also understands reviewed special constructions. For example, it can hide a separate Ratchet when the selected Blade already integrates that function, and it prevents incompatible integrated Blade and Bit choices. When a construction change removes a slot or makes a selected component incompatible, the page clears it and tells you which replacement is still required.

What the ratings mean

Attack, Defense and Stamina are calculated from reviewed published values for the active components. Bit Dash and Bit Burst Resistance come from the selected Bit. Exact reviewed CX assemblies can contribute one complete Blade rating instead of adding their individual constituents twice. The source links shown beside the selected parts let you see where a reviewed figure came from.

Unknown is intentional. The catalogue is a growing preview, not a claim that every worldwide release, colourway or measurement has been verified. If a rating or measured weight has not been sourced, the builder leaves it Unknown instead of inventing a number. The bars compare published part ratings; they do not predict battle results, launch technique or tournament legality.

Save, share and export your build

• Name it: enter a signature name above the part board.
• Save it: store up to 100 builds in the current browser, then load, rename, duplicate or delete them later.
• Share it: select Copy link. The selected stable part, variant and mode IDs are stored in the link fragment, not in a public account.
• Export it: select Export PNG for a part board containing the name, selected parts and modes, current ratings, attribution and catalogue version.

Browser saves stay on that device and browser only. Clearing browser data removes them, so use a copied link or PNG for anything you want to keep elsewhere.

A practical way to compare ideas

Use the builder as a shortlist, then test physical combinations in an appropriate Beyblade X stadium. Change one component at a time so you can tell what actually changed. A Ratchet code and Bit shape give useful structural information, but wear, launch consistency, stadium choice and the opponent all affect the result. Before an organised event, confirm current rules and allowed parts with its organiser.

Unknown means the builder does not have a sufficiently reviewed value for every component needed for that calculation. It deliberately avoids filling gaps with guessed numbers.

Where are saved builds stored?

They are stored only in the current browser. They are not synced to a Monkee Mods account, and clearing that browser's data removes them.
