What to Inspect After a Hard Beyblade X Impact

A sharp collision can make a top burst or send a part into the stadium wall. Pause before the next launch and collect the pieces only after they stop moving. This is a post-impact check for sudden damage, distinct from ordinary cosmetic wear: cracks, distorted locks or a rough launcher should be investigated before another battle.

Inspect every top component

Under good light, check the Blade edges and underside for a new crack or loose insert. Check the Ratchet's locking points and the Bit's tip and engagement surface. Reassemble only as the exact product manual illustrates. If a component no longer locks as intended, do not press harder or use adhesive to keep playing. Compare with a known-good part if available and contact the manufacturer or seller about replacement.

Look beyond the top

Inspect the launcher prongs and pull mechanism without loading another top. Then check the stadium rail, pockets and cover at the impact point. A shard, cracked plastic or loose cover changes the safety of the next round. Keep spectators and players away while you remove debris, and stop the session if the stadium cannot be restored to its manual-specified condition.

Document the decision

Photograph the exact part and product code before discarding or requesting support. Note whether the fault appeared after one collision or was already present. Scratches alone are not a measured failure threshold, but a crack, loose component or unreliable lock is a stop-use signal. Takara Tomy's manual and support guidance take precedence over a general blog checklist; an event judge also controls event equipment decisions.

Frequently asked questions

Can I glue a cracked Blade and keep playing?

Do not use an improvised repair for a damaged spinning component; follow manufacturer support guidance.

Should I also inspect the stadium?

Yes. Check the rail, pockets and cover where the impact occurred before the next launch.
