Could Beyblade X Reveal an RX Line in March 2027?

An unconfirmed RX rumor has fans looking ahead to Beyblade Day. Here is why the timing makes sense, and what the community thinks could come next.

Everything about RX in this article is speculative. As of 23 October 2026, we have not found an official Takara Tomy announcement confirming the line, its features, or a March 2027 release.

March is already a month worth watching for Beyblade fans. With Beyblade Day falling on 21 March, it gives Takara Tomy a natural opportunity to reveal what comes next. Now, an online rumor suggests that March 2027 could bring a new Beyblade X range carrying the prefix RX.

Could another line join BX, UX, and CX? There is a plausible case for the timing, even if the rumor itself remains unverified.

Why March 2027 makes sense

Beyblade Day's date comes from the familiar launch countdown: 3, 2, 1: Go Shoot! Takara Tomy officially recognises 21 March as the occasion and has used it to share major Beyblade news. Its March 2025 announcement introduced the CX range ahead of its release later that month. See Takara Tomy's Beyblade Day announcement.

The release history adds to the speculation:

March milestoneOfficial release date
UX debut, including Dran Buster and Wizard Rod30 March 2024
CX debut, including Dran Brave and Wizard Arc29 March 2025
CX expansion wave, including Bahamut Blitz and Knight Fortress28 March 2026

These dates are recorded in the official Beyblade X product catalogue. That pattern makes March 2027 a reasonable window to watch for another major development. An RX reveal around Beyblade Day, followed by a later release, is one possible scenario. It is our interpretation of previous launches, not an announced schedule. A reveal date and an on-sale date are different things; neither has been confirmed for RX.

What is the RX rumor?

A screenshot attributed to a YouTube commenter named Beypletox, shared on r/BeyLeaks, lists an alleged March 2027 assortment:

  • RX-01: Starter
  • RX-02: Starter
  • RX-03: Booster
  • RX-04: Start Dash Set

The screenshot provides no product names, prices, designs, or explanation of RX's mechanics. The Reddit poster says the commenter previously supplied accurate Customize Set information, but that track record has not been independently verified here. Read the original rumor discussion.

What are fans speculating about?

In that forum discussion, Royal is suggested as a possible meaning for R, drawing on the Bey Kingdom storyline. Reverse or Rotation prompts theories about spin direction and dual-spin Beys. Other guesses include Revolution and Remote, with the latter encouraging remote-control speculation.

Fans also float integrated bottoms and adjustable Ratchets. None of these ideas is supported by an authenticated RX specification. They are attempts to imagine what could distinguish another line, rather than disclosed features. The theories appear in the community discussion.

Could new names offer a clue?

Separately, a Japanese trademark index lists Takara Tomy applications for names including Dran Victory, Dran Impulse, Hells Phantom, and Knight Reject. Those names give fans more material for predictions, but the listings do not connect them to RX or March 2027. Official English spellings may also differ. See the Takara Tomy trademark application index, a third-party source rather than an official product announcement.

It is tempting to assign those names to the rumored starters and booster. For now, doing so would mean joining two separate pieces of information without evidence that they belong together.

A date to watch, not a confirmed launch

March has repeatedly brought significant Beyblade X releases, and Beyblade Day offers an obvious moment for a reveal. That makes the RX rumor interesting, but a familiar release pattern can also make a convincing rumor easier to invent.

Until Takara Tomy publishes an announcement or product information, RX's existence, name, mechanics, compatibility, and release window all remain unconfirmed. March 2027 belongs on the watchlist; it does not yet belong on a confirmed release calendar. There is also no confirmed RX release date for Malaysia.
