Cyclone Magnum Premium 19440: A Stock AR Build
Cyclone Magnum Premium, item 19440, is an AR-chassis assembly kit. Tamiya specifies a white body, metallic graphics stickers, metallic grey ABS chassis, blue diffuser and low-friction roller parts, fluorescent green five-spoke wheels and 26 mm low-profile tires. It includes a motor and 3.5:1 gearing; two AA cells are separate. Those details make a more useful checklist than guessing from a completed promotional image.
Identify the exact kit
Tamiya calls this Fully Cowled No.40 and identifies it with Go Seiba's third car in Let's & Go!!. The official finished size is 155 × 97 × 40 mm. A photo of a painted and assembled model can show a finish you must do yourself; metallic stickers are in the kit, but paint is not established by that photograph. Compare the number 19440 with any similarly named Cyclone release before ordering spare chassis parts.
Check the AR assembly in stages
Before adding batteries, verify the gear train, axle seating and free wheel rotation. The AR underpanel and diffuser are removable for access; use the kit sequence so each locks properly. Tamiya describes a rear skid bar in the stock chassis. Check that it and the body do not rub the track when you set the car down. A stuck wheel or rattling underpanel is an assembly issue to fix before a timed run.
Keep the first comparison honest
Record the car's stock tire diameter, 3.5:1 ratio and the course used for its first clean laps. Changes to rollers, brake material, motor or batteries should be made one at a time. Tamiya's statements about AR airflow and maintenance explain design intent, not a guarantee that this car is faster than a Super-II Magnum on your circuit. Recheck the finished dimensions against the current race class.
Check current availability and the exact variant on the product listing before ordering.
