Tamiya Copperfang (FM-A Chassis)(18715)

Copperfang's body also placed with a Merit Award in the 2018 Mini 4WD Design Contest; its metallic-orange finish and fang-like front fenders take their styling cues from the copperhead snake, with stickers included to pick out headlight and body details. Like its Razorback and Mach Frame stablemates, it sits on the aero-side-stay version of the FM-A chassis, a front-motor layout with its weight biased forward for stability through elevation changes. Here the chassis is moulded in black ABS with a matching black underpanel and other low-friction A parts, fitted with silver-plated A-spoke wheels and super-hard low-profile tires, and geared at 3.5:1.
