This premium kit is a shaft-driven version of the Bergkaiser, the car driven by the character Michael in the Japanese Mini 4WD animation "Let's & Go!! WGP." The body is moulded in gun-metal colour and finished with gold-toned metallic stickers, sitting on a Super-II chassis moulded in silver ABS with gun-metal A parts. The rear stay is a rotating-switch type with dual attachment points, and the EX side stays are moulded in gold resin — both add flexibility for fitting a separately sold aluminum motor support and for adjusting bumper and stay position to suit different track conditions. Yellow 5-spoke wheels are fitted with low-profile tires, and the kit runs a 3.5:1 high-speed gear set with 13mm plastic rollers.

We counted every non-kit SKU in our own 289-item Tamiya catalogue by named chassis. MS, AR and Super XX lead, but two-thirds of parts name no chassis at all.
Premium Kit mostly means a classic body reissued on a current chassis, not a faster car. What separates Tamiya's Base and Premium Mini 4WD kit categories.
