Cosmosonic is driven by Retsu Seiba in "Let's & Go!! Return Racers!!" and takes visual cues from earlier cars in the Sonic lineup, with an aerodynamically sculpted, predominantly red body (via the included metallic stickers) and a distinctive rear wing.

It sits on the black-molded FM-A chassis, sharing the range's front-motor layout, low-friction front skid bar, four rollers including 8mm-thick rear rollers, and aero side stays for Grade-Up parts. Yellow A-spoke wheels are fitted with small-diameter low-profile tires, and the gear ratio is 3.5:1.
