Like the standard Torque-Tuned 2 it uses a metal-plate brush and a torque-focused winding suited to technical courses, but it is a dual-shaft design built for the PRO chassis' twin motor-shaft layout. Its Japan Cup 2025 label is black with gold text, paired with an orange end bell.
It shares its 12 July 2025 release window with the standard Torque-Tuned 2 J-CUP 2025 and the rest of that year's commemorative line-up, which for the PRO side included the Hyper-Dash Motor PRO J-CUP 2025 alongside the same HG Carbon Multi-Reinforced Plate (1.5mm) and HG Carbon Rear Roller Stay (1.5mm) used across both the standard and PRO ranges. Being a torque-type motor, it's aimed at PRO-chassis racers running technical, corner-heavy courses rather than long straights, and being PRO-exclusive it won't fit a standard chassis's single motor mount — the standard-chassis equivalent is the non-PRO Torque-Tuned 2 J-CUP 2025 sold alongside it.
