Description
DCR-01 introduces a new body construction to the Mini 4WD line: three separate pieces, comprising front and rear cowl sections plus an optional canopy part, designed by Takayuki Yamazaki. The main body colour is a pearl red, set off with metallic stickers for decoration. Because the cowls are separate components, the kit is designed to mix with other, separately sold body-part sets to build custom colour combinations.
The MA (Midship AERO) chassis here is moulded in white to contrast with the coloured body, running a 4:1 gear ratio on large-diameter 6-spoke wheels with low-profile tires. As with the rest of the MA range, the motor sits centrally in the car, supported by six low-friction rollers, a rear skid bar, and a single-piece monocoque frame.
