Tamiya specifically lists the HG N-04/T-04 Carbon Unit (Item 94722), the GP.382 N-03/T-03 Bumperless Unit, and the GP.384 N-03/T-03 Bumperless LED Red kit as compatible swaps. Fitting a sealed ball bearing in place of the stock plastic part reduces rotational friction and wear at the shaft, a common Mini 4WD tuning step.
