When a Beyblade X Bit's Free Rotation Feels Wrong
A Bit that is meant to turn freely should be checked when it suddenly grinds, sticks or rattles differently. First identify the exact Bit; not every Beyblade X Bit has the same mechanism or expected feel. Takara Tomy's product and manual pages govern the design and assembly. This is an inspection path for an owned part, not a suggestion to lubricate or modify every Bit.
Compare with the correct manual
Read the product code on the package or your parts log, then find its official instruction sheet. Check the illustrated engagement with the Ratchet and whether the observed movement belongs to the Bit or the assembled top. Compare with a clean, known-good copy only if it is the same model. A different Bit family is a poor mechanical reference even when the tips look similar.
Look for visible interference
After all movement stops, remove the part as instructed. Under good light, look for grit, string, a dented rim or a cracked plastic feature. Use only the cleaning method allowed by the manual; do not immerse a part or apply oil merely because it feels stiff. Check that the Bit seats without force when reassembled. Stop if a lock point is worn or the tip wobbles.
Decide whether to resume
A short hand inspection is not a safety certification. If movement remains rough, a component is loose, or a crack appears, set the top aside and seek the correct replacement or support. If it returns to normal, test on an appropriate covered stadium and watch for a new sound or unintended release. Log the exact model and symptom for future checks.
