Shipping Services

We ship worldwide from Malaysia. The courier and lead time depend on your destination and the service selected at checkout.

Within Malaysia

• West Malaysia — 1–2 working days (Pos Laju / J&T Express)
• East Malaysia — 2–3 working days (Pos Laju / J&T Express)

International

Estimated lead times by express service (selected countries and areas only):

• South East Asia — 2–4 days
• Australia — 3–4 days (express), 7–10 days (economy)
• United States — 4–5 days

We recommend express shipping for more sensitive parts.

Customs

• We strongly suggest express shipping to reduce customs-related issues. An invoice is attached to the parcel to speed up the customs clearing process.
• Most of the parts we sell clear customs without problems in our experience — usually by providing an invoice and paying any applicable import taxes.
• We are not responsible for import taxes, and we may disassemble some parts to reduce risk when going through customs.
