Description
The Mach-Dash Motor PRO is tuned for high output at high RPM, aimed at high-speed circuit layouts rather than technical, tight-cornering tracks. Tamiya specifies it for use with small-diameter tires, matching the motor's speed-focused character. As with other Mini 4WD motors, it ships without a pinion gear, which must be fitted separately before use. Tamiya lists it as compatible with the MS, MA, and ME chassis, the three current-generation chassis families that share the same motor mount and gear cover layout. Released in July 2019, the Mach-Dash Motor PRO updates the long-running Mach-Dash line for the modern chassis lineup, and like other "PRO" motors in Tamiya's catalogue, it targets racers already running matched high-ratio gearing rather than a stock kit's drivetrain.
