Description
This premium kit reissues the Magnum Saber — the car driven by Go Seiba in the Japanese Mini 4WD anime "Bakuso Kyodai Let's & Go!!" — updated onto Tamiya's Super-II chassis rather than the original release's chassis. The Super-II chassis here is moulded in black, with the battery holder and rear stay picked out in red for contrast, and the kit includes a newly designed set of metallic stickers for the body graphics.
Magnum Saber Premium sits alongside the Great Emperor, Vanguard Sonic and Shining Scorpion Premium kits as part of the same wave of Super-II-chassis reissues, all 150mm long. Where Vanguard Sonic Premium upgrades to a carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon chassis and Shining Scorpion Premium adds new 13mm stabilizer heads and EX side stays, Magnum Saber Premium keeps a standard-material Super-II chassis and relies on its red battery holder and rear stay plus new metallic stickers for its updated look.
