The stock name is Pegasus Blast ATr: Pegasus Lock Chip, Blast Main Blade, Assault Assist Blade, and a Turbo Bit (Tr) that Takara Tomy describes as a ratchet-integrated tip whose shape changes with rotation speed. The Starter includes a long winder launcher. This is CX, not Expand — the Blade still splits into the original three CX pieces, not the later four-piece Over Blade stack.

What the official page says the combo does

The Japan listing's claim is a painted-metal, vertically stacked three-blade contact for heavy hits, plus a Bit that can change its tip and re-accelerate later in the battle. Assault (A) is the Assist Blade with three thick contacts; see the Assist Blades guide for how that letter sits among Slash, Round and Jaggy. Turbo is not a standard Flat or Rush Bit — the ratchet-integrated wording means you are not swapping a separate Ratchet on the stock combo the way you would on CX-01 Dran Brave S6-60V. If you rebuild Pegasus Blast onto a normal 3-60 or 4-55, you are leaving the stock Tr Bit behind. Confirm that on the parts in the box; do not assume every "Pegasus Blast" photo includes Tr.

Once you own the Blast Main Blade and Pegasus Lock Chip, the Assist Blade is the cheap experiment: Jaggy or Slash instead of Assault changes underside contact without buying another Main Blade. Competitive use of the stock Tr Bit is still matchup- and stadium-dependent; we are not treating any tracker percentage as a ranking.
