Beyblade X Tuning Guide

Tuning a Beyblade X combo is a systematic process, not a matter of luck. Three parts interact, so changing one changes the behaviour of the others.

Change one part at a time

Pick a baseline combo and swap a single component, then run several battles against the same opponent combo before judging. Changing two parts at once tells you nothing about which one mattered.

Match the Bit to your intent

The Bit is the fastest way to change behaviour. If your attacker is not reaching the opponent, a flatter Bit moves more aggressively. If it is running out of spin, a lower-friction Bit buys stamina at the cost of movement.

Then adjust the Ratchet

Once the Bit is right, use Ratchet height to control what your bey contacts. A taller Ratchet lets you hit above an opponent's Blade; a lower one keeps you underneath. This is where matchups are often decided.
