Beyblade X Bits Explained
The Bit is the tip that meets the stadium floor, and it has more influence over how a bey behaves than any other single part.
Flat and aggressive
Flat Bits give a large contact patch and make the bey travel around the stadium quickly, which is what attack combos need. The cost is friction: a flat Bit burns spin fast, so an attacker has to finish the battle early.
Ball, taper and needle
Ball and taper Bits keep the bey central with minimal friction, which is what stamina and defence builds want. Needle-style Bits reduce the contact patch further for maximum stamina, but they are easily destabilised by a direct hit.
Gear and specialty Bits
Some Bits use moving parts to change behaviour mid-battle, giving a burst of movement or extra grip on the Xtreme rail. They are worth experimenting with once you understand what the basic shapes do.
