A set of four carbon fiber-reinforced dish wheels paired with four low-friction, low-profile tires at the larger 31mm diameter. The wheels are built to resist deformation, and the tires use a harder compound than kit-standard parts, giving less grip in exchange for better speed retention through corners and reduced bounce after jumps. Both tires and wheels are black.
At 31mm this is the largest tire in Tamiya's small-diameter low-friction lineup, sized up from the 26mm low-profile tread on 15534 and 15542's Y-spoke set, and further still from the 24mm narrow tires on 15541 and 15543. The dish wheel design is unique to this set among the four. As a listed grade-up part it fits nearly every Tamiya chassis generation, from Type 3 through Super-II, VS, VZ and ME, though some chassis or bodies may need modification.
