Bahamut Blitz is product code CX-13, the first Custom Line Expand Blade Starter, released in Japan on 28 March 2026 at ¥2,200. The stock name is Bahamut Blitz BK1-50I. Official copy is a four-piece CX Expand Blade, a winder launcher in the box, and an Attack-type job: concentrate the Blade and Ratchet’s heavy contact at one point, keep a low centre of gravity, and land a hard single hit with fast movement. This is not CX-01 Dran Brave — Brave is three-piece CX; Blitz is the four-piece Expand version of that line.

Reading BK1-50I

On CX Expand the Blade half of the name carries an extra letter pair because an Over Blade sits over the metal Main Blade. BK on this release pairs the Over Blade letter with the Assist Blade letter; 1-50 is a single-protrusion Ratchet at 5.0 mm — the same short-height idea as BX-49 Dran Strike’s 4-50, used here to put the mass low; I is Ignition, the Bit letter on the stock string. Right-spin. Confirm Over Blade, Assist Blade and Bit from the parts in the box and the official CX-13 page rather than assuming every letter from a fan decoder. What “one heavy contact” is for

The official page’s claim is maximising a single-hit attack by lining the Blade’s heavy point up with the 1-50 Ratchet’s one lobe. That is a geometry story, not a promise it bursts everything. A 5.0 mm height can snipe some Ratchets and can be sniped by others — test it. CX Expand Over Blades (CX CUP currently lists B Break, F Flow, G Guard) are CX parts; they do not bolt onto a BX Blade. Bits still swap. Paint can wear.

How it sits in the 28 March 2026 CX Expand wave

The same day also launched CX-14 Knight Fortress and CX-15 Ragna Rage, plus CX-16 Start Dash Set C. Blitz is the attack Starter of that wave; Ragna Rage is the stamina booster. Do not mix CX-13 with CX-15 in your head because both are “CX Expand from March 2026.” Hasbro numbering will not match CX-13.

CX-13 needs a Beyblade X stadium. The winder is right-spin. Replica “Bahamut” listings are not this Starter. CX CUP and 3-on-3 no-repeat rules apply to Over Blades and Assist Blades as parts.
