Beyblade X Bit Height Guide

Bits differ in how far they extend below the Ratchet as well as in shape, and that height changes both clearance and stability.

Low flat Bits

A low flat Bit puts a wide contact patch close to the floor. The bey moves aggressively and stays planted, but the friction is high and spin drains fast. This is the classic attacker's choice.

Taller tips

More height raises the whole combo, changing what your Blade contacts and giving a little more clearance over stadium debris. It also raises the centre of gravity, which makes the bey easier to destabilise.

Balance clearance against stability

The right answer depends on your Ratchet. A tall Ratchet with a tall Bit gives a combo that hits high but topples easily. Treat the two as one measurement rather than tuning them separately.

Watch for wear

Bit tips deform with use, and a worn tip effectively shortens the combo. If a build that used to work has started behaving differently, measure the Bit before blaming the Ratchet.
