Beyblade X Blade Types Explained
Beyblade X sorts beys into four broad types, and the type tells you what a Blade is trying to do in the stadium.
Attack and defence
Attack Blades have aggressive, uneven profiles designed to strike hard and force a burst or knock-out. They win fast or lose fast. Defence Blades are smoother and heavier at the rim, built to absorb an attacker's opening rush and survive to the second half of the battle.
Stamina and balance
Stamina Blades are round and symmetrical, minimising friction so the bey simply outlasts its opponent. Balance Blades sit between the categories, giving up peak performance in any one area for consistency across matchups.
Type is a starting point
The type on the box describes the Blade's intent, not the finished combo. A stamina Blade on a flat Bit behaves nothing like the same Blade on a taper Bit, so treat type as guidance rather than a rule.
