Fixing Loose Beyblade X Parts

Parts that separate during battle are a wear symptom, and they get worse rather than better once they start.

Where the looseness is

Most looseness is at the Blade-to-Ratchet interface, where impacts concentrate. Assemble the combo and try to twist it gently by hand: any movement before the lock point means the surfaces have worn.

Clean before you judge

Debris in the locking surfaces can mimic wear by preventing a full seat. Clean both mating faces thoroughly and retest before deciding a part is finished.

Retire, do not bodge

There is no reliable way to tighten a worn Beyblade X lock. Tape and glue change the geometry and make behaviour unpredictable. A part that will not hold should come out of rotation.

Rotate your parts

Using the same Ratchet in every combo wears it out quickly. Spreading use across a few equivalent parts extends the life of all of them.
