There is no launcher in the box — that is the booster format, the same as UX-03 Wizard Rod. Official copy describes a wall-like, vertically standing Blade and Ratchet combination specialised in repelling attacks from any direction, which is the Unique Line idea of putting metal on the rim applied to a defence shape rather than a smash attacker.

Why 7-60 is the point of this Blade

7-60 is seven protrusions at 6.0 mm. The Blade itself is built around seven thick vertical contacts; running the matching seven-point Ratchet is the official pairing, not a coincidence of leftover parts. Gear Needle (GN) is a Needle-style tip whose gear teeth are cut longer, running down to the bottom of the tip so it catches the Xtreme rail more easily than a plain Needle — the tooth count stays the standard twelve. That is a defence Bit that can still recover on the rail after a hit, at the cost of some of Needle's low-friction stamina. Right-spin. If you swap to a plain Needle or Under Needle, you are choosing more plant and less rail recovery; if you swap the Ratchet off 7-60, you are breaking the seven-on-seven contact match the stock combo is built around.

How players actually run it

Community testers often keep 7-60 and change only the Bit, because the Blade-plus-Ratchet wall is the identity. Leon Crest is top-heavy relative to a disc-shaped stamina Blade such as Wizard Rod, which is why a high Bit can make it wobble — that is geometry, not a myth about "defence always wins." Booster, not a first buy on its own
