Nerf & Gel Blaster Battery and Charger Guide
Electric blasters and AEG-style gel blasters both run on the same broad family of hobby LiPo packs, but "which battery" really means three separate questions: what voltage and cell count your blaster's manual calls for, what connector it uses, and what charger actually supports that pack safely. This guide organises Monkee Mods' current battery and charger range around those three questions rather than by brand.
Always defer to the exact product and battery manuals for your specific blaster — generic voltage or C-rating advice cannot establish that a given pack is a safe match for hardware it wasn't tested with.

Recommended approach & why
- Match voltage and cell count to your blaster's manual first. A 4S pack is not a "better" 3S pack — it's a different voltage that only belongs in hardware rated for it.
- Match the connector before matching anything else. XT-30, T-Plug and Mini Tamiya are not interchangeable without an adaptor, and forcing a connector risks damaging both the pack and the blaster's wiring.
- Use a balance charger, not a basic one, for any multi-cell pack. A balance charger keeps individual cells within a LiPo pack even, which is what keeps the pack safe over its lifespan.
- Buy the charger for the ecosystem you're building, not one pack at a time. If most of your packs share a brand and connector, a charger from that same range avoids adaptor clutter.
